Do we need our own e-commerce site to sell?
  • No, if you don’t have your own, our platform provides everything you need to showcase and sell your merchandise online, with no technical setup required from your end.
How do we manage our orders?
  • Orders are managed through our easy-to-use platform. You’ll receive notifications when a customer places an order.
Is there a cost to join the platform?
  • No.  There are no start-up costs. Instead, we offer flexible pricing on the volume of business you expect. Contact us for details about which plan works best for your club. 
Can international customers purchase our merchandise?
  • Absolutely! Our platform supports international purchases, allowing your club-branded merchandise to reach golf fans worldwide.
How does shipping work for our products?
  • We take care of the logistics. It's simple! You get notified of an order, pick it and pack it and we arrange the rest.  We even ensure your stock is updated*.

How do I purchase club-branded merchandise?
  • Simply browse our selection of golf club merchandise, choose your items, and check out through our secure payment system. Your order will be shipped directly to you.
Can I order from multiple clubs at once?
  • Yes! You can shop merchandise from multiple golf clubs and check out in a single transaction.
Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we ship to customers both in and outside of New Zealand. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and some mobile payment options. Payment is secure and encrypted.
How can I track my order?
  • Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. 
What is your return or exchange policy?
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 6 weeks. Contact our customer service for more details.
Are all items officially licensed by the golf clubs?
  • Yes, all merchandise on our platform is officially licensed and provided directly by the golf clubs themselves
