Hold tight! Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world. Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location. If you're closer to the Golf Club you ordered from, expect your new gear a little faster. Farther away? Don’t worry, we’re coming for you!

My Order Says Delivered, But I Haven't Got It!
No worries, we’ve got your back. If the order tracker shows "delivered," but you haven't seen it, just drop us a line at contact@whackduck.co.nz. We’ll get in touch with the delivery folks and sort it out. If there’s been a mix-up, we’ll let you know what the next steps are!
Oops, I Entered the Wrong Address!
It happens! Shoot us an email at contact@whackduck.co.nz as soon as you realise the mistake. We’ll do our best to fix it before your package ships out. Just keep in mind, if the wrong address slips through, we can’t be responsible for deliveries that go astray.

Whack Duck's No-Fuss Returns
At Whack Duck, we want you to be happy with your gear – call it our way of doing a Mulligan! If you’re not feeling it, you’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands to make a return. Here's how it works:
Easy Peasy Returns
If you’re not loving your purchase or something’s off (defects included), you can send it back (NZ only). You’ll just need to cover the return shipping costs – that’s on you.
Important Stuff:
- We can only accept returns on items that are in NEW condition. That means unopened, in the original packaging, and never used.
- If your item shows any signs of use (like you've already taken it for a round), we might have to decline the return. Sorry, them's the breaks!
Refunds:
Once we get your return and give it a thumbs-up, we’ll process your refund within 30 business days using the same payment method you used to order. Easy!
And don’t worry – we stick to all the rules when it comes to returns and refunds. If the laws change, we might need to tweak this policy, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
